No player under 18 years of age is permitted to register an account, deposit PKR, or place any wager on 88pwa. National identity card verification is mandatory at registration. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed and all balances forfeited without exception.
Each player is permitted to hold one 88pwa account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. Duplicate accounts cannot be merged.
The 88pwa platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, and UBL are credited at face value with no currency conversion applied. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are set in PKR and published in the account dashboard at all times.
All promotional bonuses, Loyalty Points rewards, and free-play credits issued by 88pwa are subject to specific wagering requirements that are stated at the time of the offer. A bonus credited to your account constitutes acceptance of its individual terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the stated wagering requirement in PKR has been met.
88pwa operates a zero-tolerance policy on cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage abuse, and bonus exploitation. Any account found to have engaged in these activities will be suspended immediately and the balance reviewed. Winnings generated through prohibited means will not be paid out.
Your 88pwa login credentials, OTP codes, and two-factor authentication tokens are your personal responsibility. 88pwa will never ask for your full password by email or live chat. Any unauthorised access resulting from failure to protect your credentials is not the liability of 88pwa unless there is a demonstrable platform-side security breach.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 88pwa ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service made available through the 88pwa platform at https://88pwa.app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
"Platform" means the 88pwa Progressive Web App and associated services accessible at https://88pwa.app. "Player Account" means the individual account registered by a verified adult player. "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee denominated balance held within a Player Account. "Wager" means any PKR amount staked on any gaming or betting product on the Platform. "Loyalty Points" means the reward credits earned through wagers placed on the Platform. "Bonus Credit" means any promotional PKR credit or free-play amount issued by 88pwa to a Player Account. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification including national ID document review. "2FA" means two-factor authentication as an additional login security layer.
To register and maintain an active 88pwa Player Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains open:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age via a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued document is required before any deposit or wagering activity is permitted.
- You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by 88pwa or by any other gambling operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any of the above of 88pwa or any of its affiliated technology or payments partners.
88pwa reserves the right to request identity documents at any point during the lifetime of a Player Account and to suspend access pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Each player is permitted to open exactly one Player Account on the 88pwa platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 88pwa may close all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.
During registration, players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Any material change to this information — including a change of mobile number or linked payment method — must be updated promptly through the account settings panel or by contacting 88pwa support. 88pwa is not liable for failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or security incidents arising from outdated account information.
Player Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your Player Account or the PKR balance within it to any other person.
All deposits and withdrawals on the 88pwa platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and other payment methods listed in the account deposit panel at the time of transaction. 88pwa does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions; the amount deposited is the amount credited to your PKR Wallet.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the Platform's account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals from verified accounts to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. 88pwa is not liable for delays attributable to payment service providers.
Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same Player Account, or to payment methods separately verified by the 88pwa compliance team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to the PKR Wallet and a wager has been placed using those funds.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to a KYC hold if the account has not yet completed full identity verification, or if the request triggers an automated fraud review.
- 88pwa reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request exceeding thresholds set by the Platform's compliance policy.
All wagers placed on 88pwa — across 88pwa Casino, Jackpot Slots, Mobile Legends esports markets, and Cockfighting events — are subject to the specific product rules published in the Platform at the time of the wager. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule prevails for matters relating to the outcome of a specific wager.
Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. 88pwa reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted due to an obvious pricing error, a technical malfunction, or a data feed failure, provided that the decision to void is made within a reasonable time and communicated to the player.
- Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of wager placement and vary by product and event.
- For Cockfighting markets, all wagers are placed on live events. No refunds are issued for events that proceed to a result, regardless of the outcome.
- For Mobile Legends and other esports markets, match abandonment and walkover rules are published in the Mobile Legends section of the Platform.
- For Jackpot Slots, all outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
88pwa may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free-play credits, and Loyalty Points accelerators to eligible Player Accounts. Each promotion is subject to its own terms, including a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount in PKR. These individual terms are displayed at the point of offer acceptance.
- Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused Bonus Credits and associated winnings will be removed from the account at expiry.
- 88pwa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible players before the change takes effect.
- Players who are found to have exploited promotions through multi-accounting, pattern betting, or other abusive behaviour will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings forfeited.
The 88pwa Loyalty Points programme rewards players across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Points are earned on all real-money wagers placed on any 88pwa product. The rate at which points are earned varies by tier and product, with Diamond-tier players earning at 4× the Bronze base rate. Current earning rates are published in the Loyalty Points section of the Platform.
Points are redeemable for PKR Bonus Credits as set out in the Loyalty Points redemption schedule. Redeemed credits are subject to the standard bonus wagering requirements applicable at the time of redemption. Loyalty Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or sold.
- 88pwa reserves the right to adjust Loyalty Point earning rates, tier thresholds, and redemption values with reasonable notice to players.
- Points earned through Bonus Credit wagers do not count towards tier advancement.
- Upon permanent account closure, all unredeemed Loyalty Points are forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88pwa platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:
- Registering or operating more than one Player Account, whether individually or in coordination with other persons.
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information at any stage of the KYC process.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or navigate the Platform in a manner not available to standard players.
- Colluding with other players in Casino table games, esports markets, or any other competitive product to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors on any market.
- Attempting to launder funds through the Platform's PKR Wallet, deposit, wagering, or withdrawal systems.
- Using the Platform's communication channels — including live chat or the support email — to harass, threaten, or abuse support staff or other players.
- Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or compromise any part of the 88pwa platform's technical infrastructure.
All content on the 88pwa platform — including but not limited to the 88pwa brand name and logo, product names, game interfaces, graphical assets, text content, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88pwa or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 88pwa.
The Limited Licence granted to players upon account registration is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation of the Platform's content or technology.
88pwa provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88pwa excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
88pwa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of PKR wagers placed during a technical outage; delayed withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers; data loss arising from device-side events; or losses arising from the use of your account credentials by an unauthorised third party following a failure on your part to maintain reasonable security.
Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by 88pwa's own negligence.
88pwa is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Player Account dashboard without the need to contact support:
- Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period after the change.
- Session Time Alerts — Receive on-screen notifications when a login session reaches a pre-set duration.
- Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen number of days from 1 to 180.
- Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Player Account and block all future registration attempts from the same identity.

When material changes are made, 88pwa will provide notice to active players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Player Account, or via a prominent in-platform notification, no fewer than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Player Account before the effective date and withdraw any PKR balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedure in Section 4.
The version of the Terms that applies to any disputed transaction is the version that was in force at the date and time the relevant wager was placed or the relevant transaction was initiated.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by 88pwa's operating licence jurisdiction. Pakistani players agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from any transaction on the Platform, shall be resolved in the first instance through 88pwa's internal dispute resolution procedure.
To initiate a dispute, you must contact 88pwa support in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in English, the relevant Player Account details, and the specific transaction or event in question. 88pwa will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and issue a final decision within 14 business days of receiving all required information.
If you are unsatisfied with 88pwa's internal decision, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. This does not affect any statutory rights you may hold under applicable law.
